Plombo writes "On February 2, Sony sent a DMCA takedown notice to Gitorious demanding the takedown of the same PS3 homebrew repositories that were removed from GitHub last week. Although they were initially removed, Gitorious has since restored them, sending a response to Sony pointing out that Norway is outside the jurisdiction of United States copyright law."
