Three words: Subscription based services. I use Rhapsody and for under $15 a month I get to sample unlimited music and download all of this to my hard disk and portable device. Economically this works out (for me) much better than it would if I bought music. I am a musician, and like to sample new music all the time. I like the idea of being able to download entire albums and then deleting them if I don't like what I hear. For this service, I do not mind paying Rhapsody. In my home we have three portable de
