Agreed, much better than I initially expected. Moreover, the series was superior to the original movie, which I watched at least twice and even the book. Regarding the latter, I cannot honestly say I "read" it completely, more like I scanned it more than once.

I saw this serie in 2020, I was more than impressed, it is a state of the art piece of art!
Movie? I don't remember... Since LOTR trilogy I am not impressed by anything :-(
