On the source side, it's a bit more complicated.
All things support SBC, but it's a huge pile of steaming shit.
Apple devices only support AAC.
Android tablets support LDAC and aptX.
My windows machine supports aptX.
So anyway, chances are, whatever device you're using already supports some kind of good codec.
