donniebaseball23 writes: Sony's in the midst of restoring its PlayStation Network services worldwide, but the PlayStation Store is still unaccessible and publishers and developers are still missing out on revenues. In a new letter from Rob Dyer, SVP of Publisher Relations, to PSN partners following the first steps to bring the service back online, Sony made sure to thank publishers and acknowledged that they "owe" them.
