While this could be a concern with any subscribtion-based media service, Allworth contends that 'the way we consume music is fundamentally different to the way we consume movies and TV.' He also points out that bait-n-switch potential is there regardless of Spotify's intentions due to pressure content companies can extert by raising prices or removing songs from your library.
