Imgur announced changes to its content moderation policies, no longer classifying memes with adult humor as mature. Going forward, only memes with sexualized or lewd content will receive the mature tag. The Verge reports: Imgur is making the changes after it collected feedback about its content moderation over the course of this year, including that its policies, "especially surrounding mature content, feel inconsistently applied, too subjective, or just rather confusing as a whole," according to a post from Imgur product manager Martyn O'Neill. Now, mature content consists "solely of sexualized or 'lewd'" content.
Following the adjustments, O'Neill says that "warnings / post removals" are down nearly 35 percent month over month. Far fewer posts are being marked as mature as well; that stat has declined by almost 50 percent.

Modern feminism has mutated away from equality into the "hate all men, we don't need no man!" movement and any woman who wants to have a healthy happy relationship with a man is now a "pick me girl", (meant very insultingly for those not following modern cultural terms).

And "social media" is like a crowd egging on someone who is in an altered state of mind. This really angers me, because it shows that common decency has fallen by the wayside, and it shows a true lack of understanding on their part. Instead, of being supportive and helping that person to save their marriage, they are there getting their jollies watching someone wreck their own life and the life of their significant other. And neither political side speaks out against this either.
Having spent a lot of time researching today's male/female issues on an amateur basis, and I it becomes pretty clear where the problem lies.
But it is a third rail issue. Touch that third rail and they'll be after you.
The narrative and accepted "truth" is that if there is a problem between men and women, it is always the man's fault. No other explanation is possible. And me being me, I just have to note that mathematically, that is not likely.

Who cares at this point? I've been an imgur user since the beginning. but in the past few years it has become a platform for the "radicalized left" to post cringy memes. Calls for eating the rich, kill all CEOs, fuck trump, etc. It's a democrat group jerk at this point. I don't care for american politics. I just want to see funy memes 50% of everything posted to imgur nowadays are screenshots of twitter with political messages.

Don't forget outrageous antisemitism. Starting years ago anything remotely Jewish got flooded with people "criticising Israel". And of course the whole website's been proven to be rigged and controlled by the staff multiple times.
